Hi, I’m Sherae Calahan, and I’m a bookkeeper based in Texarkana, Arkansas. While I’m local to Texarkana, thanks to cloud technology, I’m able to work with small and medium-sized business owners all across the country.

I know that running a business comes with a lot of moving parts. The last thing you need is to spend your evenings trying to figure out your books!

That’s where I come in. 😊 I help business owners keep their bookkeeping organized, accurate, and up to date, along with providing financial reports that help them understand what’s really happening in their business. My goal is to take the bookkeeping off your plate so you can spend more time doing what you do best—running and growing your business.

Over the years, I realized just how much I enjoy working with small and medium-sized businesses, especially businesses in the Pet Industry.

I spent 20 years working in the Pet Industry, so this is an industry that I know and genuinely enjoy. I understand that pet businesses can have unique needs, from inventory and sales to day-to-day expenses and everything in between.

There’s something really rewarding about helping a business owner get a better handle on their numbers and seeing their business succeed. I love being able to take something that can feel overwhelming and make it a little simpler.

Keeping your books accurate and current can help you see where your money is going, understand your business's financial health, make informed decisions, and be better prepared when tax time rolls around.

I use QuickBooks Online as my primary accounting platform and am Intuit Advanced Certified as a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. I also have experience with QuickBooks Desktop, including working with manufacturing businesses where Desktop was a better fit for their needs.
